HealthNav is a mobile application that allows users to check their symptoms, be guided to appropriate care options, and connect with board-certified physicians within BayCare's trusted network of services.

  • 01Created a COVID-19 assessment triggering one of three severity levels to direct users to appropriate care
  • 02Replaced inaccessible interactive avatar with a search + autocomplete symptom entry method
  • 03Designed guided tutorials and prompts to reduce drop-off and improve engagement
  • 04Implemented profile completion prompts to personalize features to individual users
